At SheMD, I believe the best care happens when there are no barriers between you and your doctor. That’s why I’m out-of-network with all insurances. Insurance often limits appointment time, restricts treatment choices, and adds unnecessary red tape. By working outside that system, I can offer longer, unrushed visits, direct access to me when you need it, and clear, upfront pricing with no surprise bills.
Maybe you have good insurance—but do you have good care? Have you had a hard time building a real relationship with your gynecologist? Are you stuck with short visits, surprise bills, and little follow-up support?
At SheMD, you get more time, direct access, and personalized care without insurance getting in the way. I offer continuity, convenience, and clarity—so you can stop chasing care and start getting what you actually need.
I see fewer patients so I can give each woman more time, more attention, and more personalized care. You get longer visits, direct messaging, same-week appointments, and one-on-one continuity with me.
Unlike large telehealth platforms that rely on midlevel providers and/or strict preset treatment protocols, I bring years of gynecology experience and advanced training in menopause and hormonal health. You’re not just filling out a quiz and getting a standard prescription—I take the time to understand your whole story. And if you need something between visits, you can reach me directly—no runaround, no call centers.
Most women are told their symptoms are “normal” or their labs are “fine” — even when they feel anything but. At SheMD, I go beyond checking boxes. Hormone optimization means using advanced testing, personalized treatment, and ongoing follow-up to help your body function at its best. Instead of managing symptoms with quick fixes, I focus on restoring balance so you can feel like yourself again — in your energy, mood, sleep, focus, and overall well-being.
Yes! In addition to hormone health, I provide full-spectrum office gynecology — including Pap smears, contraceptive counseling, STI testing, and care for irregular or heavy periods. My practice is designed to make gynecology more accessible, so you don’t have to wait months to address important concerns.
Yes, if you do have insurance you can still use it for prescriptions. You can also use your insurance for tests such as Pap smears, blood tests, and outside imaging (mammograms, breast ultrasounds, etc.). I can provide superbills if you want to try for out-of-network reimbursement for your visit.
I offer in-office procedures like IUD insertions, biopsies, and more. If you need surgery, I work closely with trusted specialists for seamless care.
